Cesenese Nero RARE GRAPE red

The Cesenese Nero is a rare native red grape variety, documented since the 19th century and rediscovered in the Rieti area (Lazio), specifically in the Castelfranco area. It is an elegant, bright, and minerally red wine with notes of red fruits, spices, and licorice, often aged in barrels. Officially recognized in 2017, it represents an example of heroic viticulture.
